Shipping policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped during MBM Cosmetics’ designated business/shipping days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MBM Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery updates will be available through the tracking information provided.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
PACKAGES MARKED “DELIVERED”
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your property management/front desk, mailbox, and surrounding delivery area.
Missing packages marked as delivered must be reported to MBM Cosmetics within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
When a shipping carrier confirms a package as delivered, MBM Cosmetics cannot immediately issue a refund or replacement. A missing package inquiry or applicable claim must first be submitted to the carrier, and the carrier must be given an opportunity to investigate.
If the carrier determines that the shipment was lost, misdelivered, or otherwise eligible for a claim, MBM Cosmetics will review the carrier’s findings and determine the appropriate resolution.
Reporting a package as missing does not automatically qualify the order for a refund or replacement.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If tracking indicates that a package has been lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us so that an appropriate carrier inquiry or claim can be initiated.
MBM Cosmetics will review eligible claims and carrier findings before issuing any applicable replacement or refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by MBM Cosmetics. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has been shipped.
