We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, promotional, or typographical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you when appropriate before fulfilling the affected order.

ORDERS

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of false eyelashes and cosmetic products, all sales are final.
MBM Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges except where required by law or where an eligible damaged or incorrect item has been verified in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
A carrier’s delivery scan does not automatically entitle an order to a refund or replacement if a customer later reports the package missing. Missing, lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and any applicable carrier investigation or claim process.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and provide their order number and clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each eligible claim will be reviewed individually.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively to previously completed purchases, redeemed for cash, or used outside the promotional period.
